Hi, I am Kajan!

I have decided to quit my banking career, after 12 years of experience in the financial markets, for the sake of the creative world.... and it was the best decision I have ever made!

By scrolling through these sites you will learn a bit more about me with each page.

My approach to design

INTENSITY
RELEVANCE
VARIETY
Ad Intensity: In my role as a designer I need to be deeply connected to the projects I am working on. I derive my motivation from the intensity of a topic moving me. Equally I expect the output of my work to touch people, be it by inspiring the audience, enabling reflection or even causing provocation, not for the sake of provocation itself, but in an ambition to strive for change and enhancement.
Ad Relevance: While highly appreciating vision and imagination, my work per se is focused on practical relevance and applicability in today's society and includes possible near future realities. The foundation of our future lives is build today. The better we do today, the brighter our future will develop.
Ad Variety: I am a human of extremes, of polarities. Like a magnet I am drawn to the edges of perception and corners of the world. I am fascinated by the wonders of technology and the deepest levels of human consciousness. It is important to me that my work incorporates, follows and reflects this approach. I see work covering a variety of fields from industrial design to interaction design to writings and arts.
